About the Survey

Pressure Points Overview

The My Pressure Points consumer awareness survey shows how African Americans with high blood pressure feel about the pressures in their lives. It rates how important their external daily pressures are to them, and compares the results with their internal blood pressure. It also shows how aware this group is of the rate of occurrence of high blood pressure in their community, and what actions they are taking to manage their own blood pressure. Responses from their doctors show how much they know about the level of high blood pressure in the African American community, and what these doctors believe are the main pressure points to focus on in order to effectively treat their African American patients.

The survey was conducted by Kelton Research on behalf of Daiichi Sankyo, Inc..
